The goal of this two-day course is to raise awareness of mental health issues and give you the skills, confidence, and knowledge to support a young person who may be suffering or in crisis. Participants will learn how to offer initial support until appropriate professional help is available. Suitable for anyone that supports a young person aged 8-18

What does it cover?

The two-day course examines the signs and symptoms of mental health issues children and young people commonly experience.
